Mechanics – Relocate to Australia | Visa & Relocation Support

We are interested in hearing from mechanics across a range of backgrounds, including automotive/light vehicle, HGV, heavy plant, construction, civil, agricultural and mining equipment.

What we’re looking for

Successful candidates will ideally have:

• A recognised UK mechanical qualification in Light Vehicle/Automotive, Heavy Vehicle/HGV, Heavy Plant, Construction Plant, Agricultural Engineering or a similar mechanical trade
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant trade experience
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience carrying out servicing, preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs and component replacement
• Experience confidently diagnosing faults using diagnostic equipment
• Ability to work independently and safely
• A genuine interest in relocating to Australia for a long-term career opportunity

We welcome mechanics from a range of industries, including automotive dealerships and workshops, HGV/heavy transport, mining, civil construction, quarrying, agriculture, OEM/dealership and field service environments.

Visa pathway

Our current recruitment pathway is designed for eligible candidates who can initially enter Australia on a Subclass 417 Working Holiday visa, with the potential to progress to an Employer Nomination Scheme (Subclass 186) permanent residency pathway for suitable candidates who meet the applicable requirements.

Visa eligibility and permanent residency are subject to Australian Government requirements and individual circumstances.
