These Terms of Use explain how you can use our platform and what you should expect from us. By accessing or using notHome, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. What notHome Is About

notHome provides tools to help users improve their job search and career journey. These include:

  • AI-powered resume, cover letter, and resignation letter generation
  • Manual resume and document builder
  • Access to job listings and opportunities
  • Visa sponsorship job listings
  • UK sponsorship company listings and related information

Our goal is simple: to help you move forward in your career and avoid being stuck without opportunities.

2. Who Can Use notHome

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian)
  • Provide a valid email address
  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only

You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account.

3. Account Registration

To get started, you only need:

  • Your email address
  • A password

You agree to:

  • Keep your login details secure
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access

We are not responsible for any loss caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. AI-Generated Content

notHome uses artificial intelligence to help generate resumes, cover letters, and other content.

Important points to understand:

  • AI-generated content is only a suggestion or starting point
  • You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and confirming accuracy
  • We do not guarantee that generated content is error-free or suitable for every job

You should always:

  • Double-check your information
  • Ensure your documents reflect your real experience
  • Customize content before sending to employers

5. Usage Limits

Each user gets 10 AI generations per day.

You may receive additional generations (e.g., +5) through referrals or promotions.

We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time to maintain service quality.

6. Manual Builder Option

You are not required to use AI. You can build your resume and documents manually and edit everything using custom fields.

7. Job Listings and Opportunities

notHome may display job listings, visa sponsorship roles, and UK sponsorship company lists.

Please note:

  • We do not guarantee job offers or employment
  • We do not directly employ users
  • We do not control external employers or hiring decisions

You are responsible for verifying job details and making your own decisions before applying.

8. No Guarantee of Employment

While we aim to improve your chances, we do not guarantee that you will get a job, interview, or visa.

notHome is a tool, not a hiring agency.

9. Data Privacy and Security

Your resume and document history are encrypted and tied to your account.

Only you can access your documents. Even we cannot view your content.

Your information may be temporarily processed to generate AI content, but it is not stored by the AI after use.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Upload false or misleading information
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the system
  • Use bots or automated scripts to abuse the platform

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content (excluding your personal documents) belongs to notHome.

Your documents remain your property.

12. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be updated or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance.

13. Limitation of Liability

notHome is not responsible for job outcomes, missed opportunities, or decisions made using the platform.

14. Third-Party Links

We may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

15. Termination of Use

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
