Job description

Our client is a well-established real estate business in Dubai and is looking to recruit experienced UK estate agents from the West Midlands who are open to relocating and progressing their careers in an international property market.

This is a commission-based role offering uncapped earning potential, exposure to international clients, and long-term career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Advise local and international clients on buying, selling, and renting residential property in Dubai
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to completion
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients through calls, networking, and referrals
• Work with off-plan developers and secondary market properties
• Maintain knowledge of Dubai real estate legislation and market trends
• Deliver a professional, relationship-focused service

Candidate requirements

• Previous experience as an estate agent within the UK property market (sales, lettings, or new homes)
• Proven track record in a target-driven, commission-based environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded and self-motivated
• Comfortable working with professional and high-net-worth clients
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai (visa support provided)
